Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 1:55 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food & Drug Administration urged the D.C. Circuit Wednesday to vacate a federal judge's preliminary injunction on its new graphic cigarette warning labels, arguing that the delivery of accurate information to consumers trumps the concerns of tobacco companies.
