Judge Won't Recertify DirectSat Technicians In OT Suit

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 5:55 PM ET) -- A group of satellite TV installers have failed in a revised bid for class status in a suit accusing DirectSat USA LLC of failing to pay overtime, with a judge ruling Thursday that the claims were too disparate for certification.
