IP Boutique Dogs George Clinton’s Malpractice Claim

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 4:26 PM ET) -- Intellectual property boutique Hendricks & Lewis PLLC on Thursday asked a federal judge in Washington state to toss funk legend George Clinton’s malpractice claim, arguing Clinton should have raised the claim in arbitration the firm initiated over unpaid legal fees.
