Bristol-Myers Subpoenaed By DOJ For Abilify Info

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 4:02 PM ET) -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. received a U.S. Department of Justice subpoena in January requesting information relating to, among other things, the sales and marketing of its antipsychotic drug Abilify, the company said in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission report filed Friday.

“It is not possible at this time to assess the outcome of this matter or its potential impact on the company,” the company said in a Form 10-K annual report.
