R.H. Donnelley Reaches $25M Deal In Shareholder Suit

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 10:16 PM ET) -- R.H. Donnelley Corp. investors on Friday indicated they had reached a $25 million settlement with the company and its directors over claims that they misrepresented the financial condition of the Yellow Pages business to boost its stock before the catastrophic plunge leading up to its bankruptcy.
