High Court Won't Weigh In On FLSA Anti-Retaliation Case

Law360, New York (February 21, 2012, 5:57 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to hear a petition against a ruling that job applicants who say they weren't hired because they had sued past employers for labor law violations could not bring claims under federal anti-retaliation law.
