Coach Brand Not Diluted By Test Prep Cos' Mark: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (February 21, 2012, 4:49 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday remanded a dispute between handbag maker Coach Services Inc. and educational materials publisher Triumph Learning LLC over the “Coach” trademark, finding that Coach's brand was not diluted but taking issue with certain evidentiary errors.
