Law360, New York (February 22, 2012, 1:53 PM ET) -- Los Angeles litigation boutique Iverson Yoakum Papiano & Hatch LLP was hit with a complaint Friday in California court alleging it owes $167,500 in unpaid rent at the downtown Los Angeles US Bank Tower.
Iverson Yoakum Papiano & Hatch, a three-lawyer civil trial and appellate specialist, leases about 8,366 square feet on the 64th floor of the tower, the tallest in California and the crown jewel of real estate investment trust MPG Office Trust Inc.'s portfolio.
