Judge Nixes Hasbro’s Injunction Bid Against MGA

Law360, New York (August 01, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Rhode Island federal judge has denied Hasbro Inc.'s request to stop a rival gaming company from allegedly violating a trademark for the toy giant’s “Memory” card-matching games.

Smith ruled Tuesday that Hasbro was unable to establish that it was likely to win its lawsuit against MGA Entertainment Inc. in denying its motion for a preliminary injunction.
