Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 12:58 PM ET) -- A North Carolina federal judge denied a bid for a preliminary injunction Thursday from Hanesbrands Inc. that would have blocked Forever 21 Inc. from selling sports bras that allegedly infringe a Hanesbrands patent.
U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Eagles denied Hanesbrands' Sept. 7 preliminary injunction motion from the bench without filing a written order.
