Feinberg Day Ousted From IP Suit For Prior Toshiba Work

Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 10:19 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Thursday removed plaintiff's counsel Feinberg Day Alberti & Thompson LLP from a flash technology patent infringement case because its lawyers had previously represented defendant Toshiba America Electric Components Inc. in other cases.
