EPA Wins DC Circ. Fight Over Utah Air Quality Violations

Circuit on Friday upheld the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's designation of areas that contributed to air pollution in the Salt Lake City area, rejecting challenges by aerospace contractor ATK Launch Systems Inc. and several Utah counties and cities.
