Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 4:35 PM ET) -- Citigroup Inc. has been hit with a subpoena by the Department of Justice and other federal and state regulators asking about its role in issuing, sponsoring and underwriting mortgage-backed securities, the bank said Friday.
