Consumers Scoop Up $7.5M In Ben & Jerry's False Ad Deal

Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 4:15 PM ET) -- Ice cream manufacturers Ben & Jerry's Homemade Inc. and another Unilever PLC unit reached settlements totaling $7.5 million with consumers in California federal court Friday, ending three related class actions alleging the companies falsely advertised Ben & Jerry's and Breyers chocolate ice cream as all-natural.
