Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 4:35 PM ET) -- Arent Fox LLP has bolstered its Washington intellectual property practice with the addition of patent specialist W. David Wallace from Merchant & Gould PC, the firm said earlier this month.
Wallace, who started Feb. 16, focuses his practice on patent prosecution, licensing and due diligence investigations of third-party intellectual property portfolios, with a special emphasis on defending generic pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman litigation.
