Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 8:27 PM ET) -- Russia's antitrust watchdog plans to propose amendments to the country's recently enacted third package of anti-monopoly law reforms by the end of March, including several measures that have already run into opposition from the business community.
The latest set of revisions to the country's competition law — known as the Third Anti-Monopoly Package — took effect in January, but now the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service plans to propose further amendments to the package, according to a report from Russia's RBC Daily reposted on the FAS' website....
