Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 1:31 PM ET) -- It happens every year: Congress passes a defense appropriations bill that sends the drafters of federal procurement regulations scurrying into action. The result of this year’s appropriations bill was no different.
On Dec. 31, 2011, President Obama signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012. The act appropriated $662 billion in defense spending.
