Travelers Not Liable For Tech Co.'s Software Scuffle: Court

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 5:42 PM EST) -- A California appeals court upheld a decision in favor of Travelers Property Casualty Co. on Monday, saying the insurer didn't have to defend Computer Sciences Corp. in a class action over software that allegedly undervalued accident claims because the suit did not allege bodily injury.
