House Panel Votes To Kill Health Law's Medicare Costs Board

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 1:27 PM EST) -- A House health subcommittee on Wednesday voted to repeal the Independent Payment Advisory Board created by the Obama administration's health care reform law, while the White House urged Congress not to kill the Medicare cost-cutting agency before it even begins work.
