CACI's Protest Of $79M Pentagon Award Falls Flat

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 4:37 PM EST) -- Incumbent contractor CACI Dynamic Systems Inc. on Tuesday lost a protest before the U.S. Government Accountability Office of a $79 million security support services contract that the U.S. Department of Defense awarded to System High Corp.

The Virginia-based IT company unsuccessfully argued that System High lacked the size and experience to manage the security services contract supporting the security and intelligence division of the DOD's Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA.
