USTR Grilled On Impact Of International IP Treaties

Law360, New York (March 07, 2012, 6:37 PM ET) -- A vocal opponent of recently derailed anti-piracy legislation took U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk to task Wednesday over pending multilateral intellectual property rights agreements, saying that they have been too secretive and will tie the hands of Congress.
