ITC Launches Probe Into Tattoo Machine Patents

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 4:16 PM EST) -- Three tattoo equipment makers have come under scrutiny from the U.S. International Trade Commission, which said Wednesday that it would investigate whether the companies are infringing disposable needle cartridge patents held by two competitors that complained to the agency.
