Law360, New York (March 01, 2012, 4:37 PM ET) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Thursday gave high-end fashion retailer Connaught Group Ltd., maker of the Carlisle and Per Se clothing collections, the green light to sell itself to the highest bidder.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Stuart M. Bernstein granted that request and numerous others in the case, which began with a Feb. 9 Chapter 11 filing the company blamed on the global decline in consumer spending.
