Green Groups Urge 2nd Circ. To Halt $257M Pa. Pipeline

Law360, New York (March 02, 2012, 4:44 PM ET) -- A coalition of conservation groups, racing against the clock to halt a $257 million natural gas pipeline project in northern Pennsylvania, petitioned the Second Circuit on Friday to expedite its review of a federal agency's decision to greenlight the project.
