Kilroy Realty Plunks Down $162M For Bay Area Office Park

Law360, New York (March 01, 2012, 7:21 PM ET) -- Kilroy Realty Corp. has bought the seven-building Menlo Corporate Center in California for over $162 million, part of a buying spree that has included seven other purchases in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2010, the Los Angeles-based landlord said Thursday.
