Law360, Washington (March 02, 2012, 4:07 PM ET) -- An H&R Block Inc. insurer asked a New York federal court Wednesday to absolve it from reimbursing the tax preparation giant for a settlement it reached with competitor Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., putting to rest false advertising allegations.
