Study Finds Attys Use 'Expert' Sites To Lure Clients

Law360, New York (March 2, 2012, 6:05 PM EST) -- A U.S. Chamber of Commerce group released a study Wednesday that highlighted plaintiffs lawyers' online marketing tactics, which include creating websites presented as sources of expert information in particular litigation-prone subject areas, but provide little or no disclosure of their firm.
