Law360, New York (March 02, 2012, 7:17 PM ET) -- A German court on Friday threw out two patent infringement claims brought by Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. against one another, giving each company a win — and a loss — in an ongoing battle over smartphone and tablet technology.
