UAE Bank Wants $40M Credit Suisse Valuation Suit Revived

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 6:04 PM EST) -- Recent guilty pleas of Credit Suisse Group AG investment bankers should revive a suit claiming Credit Suisse and Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC oversold the benefits of restructuring a troubled $40 million investment, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC told a New York state judge Thursday.
