Big Departures Leave Glut Of Space In Chicago Tower

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 6:49 PM EST) -- Massachusetts real estate development company Franklin Street Properties Corp. faces a likely multiyear road to fully leasing a Chicago office property now that its two largest tenants are departing later this year, a local commercial real estate veteran said Monday.
