ITC Revs Up Probe Into Duties On Steel Bar, Foundry Coke

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 6:15 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Monday it has voted to speed up its five-year reviews into the anti-dumping duty orders on stainless steel bar from Brazil, India, Japan and Spain as well as foundry coke from China.

As a result, the commission will conduct expedited reviews to determine whether revoking the current anti-dumping orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time, the ITC said in a pair of statements.
