Law360, New York (March 05, 2012, 8:54 PM ET) -- A group of trade associations on Monday asked the D.C. Circuit to overturn a Washington federal judge's ruling that the National Labor Relations Board has the authority to require employers to put up posters apprising workers of their right to unionize.
In a notice of appeal filed Monday, the National Association of Manufacturers and others asked U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson to enjoin the posting rule while their appeal goes forward.
