Law360, New York (March 05, 2012, 8:22 PM ET) -- The Texas federal jury in the criminal case against alleged $7 billion Ponzi schemer Robert Allen Stanford said Monday that they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict on the 14 counts against Stanford.
The jury sent a note about the deadlock to U.S. District Judge David Hittner, who instructed them to continue their deliberations, according to Stanford’s attorney Robert Scardino. The jury has been deliberating since Wednesday afternoon.
