Google Ordered To Turn Over Docs In Smartphone Battle

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 12:36 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge on Monday ordered Motorola Mobility Inc. and Google Inc. to turn over documents and testimony about their merger and the Android operating system to plaintiff Apple Inc., the latest in sprawling patent litigation between the smartphone makers.
