Zynga Buys San Fran HQ For $228M

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 2:24 PM EST) -- Social game developer Zynga Inc. has agreed to purchase the San Francisco building it currently leases for its headquarters for $228 million, according to a Monday regulatory filing.

Zynga currently occupies about 65 percent of the space at 650 Townsend St., but will have access to the full 670,000 square feet when the deal closes, giving the Internet company space to continue its recent growth.
