Law360, New York (March 06, 2012, 5:35 PM ET) -- Harley-Davidson Motor Co. Inc. and Brando Enterprises LP — which owns Marlon Brando's intellectual property — have settled a lawsuit accusing the motorcycle maker of slapping the Brando name on a line of boots without permission, the parties said Monday.
Harley-Davidson, fellow defendant and boot maker Wolverine World Wide Inc. and Brando Enterprises filed a notice in California federal court saying that they had executed a written settlement agreement and would request that the case be dismissed with prejudice within approximately 30 days.
