Wilson Sonsini Helps Cleantech Co. Nab $100M In Funding

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 6:03 PM EST) -- California-based cleantech company Virdia has netted more than $100 million in private and public funding, added a new CEO and is pushing ahead on plans to build facilities in Mississippi to convert biomass into energy on a commercial scale, it said Tuesday.
