Divided Ohio High Court Greenlights Wind Farm

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 6:40 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of Ohio ruled Tuesday that "there is no need for delay" of an EverPower Wind Holdings Inc. affiliate's plans to build a 126-megawatt wind farm despite landowners and local officials' concerns over noise, safety and the fate of old turbines.
