KKR Unloads Most Of Remaining Legrand Stake For €343M

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 3:23 PM EST) -- Private equity giant Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has sold another 12.7 million of its Legrand SA shares for €342.9 million ($449.7 million) in the final installment of a spread-out sell-off that ended KKR's ownership of the French electrical and digital equipment maker, the firm said Monday.
