Judge Tosses Worker's Suit Over Boss' Alleged Affair

Law360, New York (August 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has affirmed the dismissal of a retaliation case against health care company Concentra by a worker who was fired after complaining about his boss's favoritism toward a lover, saying such preferential treatment did not breach Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
