Law360, New York (March 07, 2012, 7:52 PM ET) -- Squire Sanders & Dempsey LLP has applied to the Korean Ministry of Justice to open a Seoul office in anticipation of the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement that will go into effect next week, the firm announced Tuesday.
The firm’s chair and CEO James J. Maiwurm said the decision to seek out an office in Seoul was based on Squire Sanders' knowledge and experience in advising Korea-based companies and multinational clients doing business in the country.
