Kelley Drye, EEOC In Talks To Resolve Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (March 09, 2012, 7:35 PM ET) -- Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission met on Friday to discuss a potential settlement in the agency's closely watched age discrimination lawsuit over the firm's mandatory retirement policy.
