Law360, Los Angeles (March 7, 2012, 4:47 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday reversed a district court’s finding that The University of Phoenix Inc. didn’t infringe a Digital-Vending Services International LLC patent for regulating access to computer network-delivered content, saying the grant of summary judgment was based on an erroneous claim construction.
