United Transfer Policy Doesn't Violate ADA, 7th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 4:52 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday affirmed that the Americans with Disabilities Act does not require employers to reassign disabled employees to positions they can better handle, denying the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's appeal of a lower court's ruling for United Air Lines Inc.
