Law360, New York (March 08, 2012, 6:21 PM ET) -- A wax maker lost its fight Wednesday to prevent Kellogg Co. from adding claims against it in the cereal giant's breach of contract suit in Michigan claiming a packaging company's allegedly defective liners forced Kellogg to issue a $70 million recall.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph G. Scoville allowed Kellogg to amend its complaint to add four claims against The International Group Inc., a third-party defendant in the suit.
