Kodak's Promises Don't Clear Up IP Claims, Apple Says

Law360, New York (March 07, 2012, 7:40 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. told a New York bankruptcy court Wednesday that Eastman Kodak Co.'s promises to leave the camera business don't resolve the patent claims Apple seeks to pursue against Kodak in an infringement suit before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
