Law Schools See Small Rise In 2011 On-Campus Recruiting

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 9:04 PM EST) -- Recruiting at law school campuses saw a slight uptick in 2011 for the second year in a row after law firms scaled back recruiting programs in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, according to a report Wednesday.

More than a third of 142 law schools in the survey indicated that on-campus recruiting had increased by more than 5 percent from the fall of 2010, while nearly 30 percent said it had stayed the same, according to the annual report on Law Student Recruiting for 2011...
