Failed Music Startup Gets $2.4M Sale Bid Hearing Bumped Up

Law360, New York (March 08, 2012, 7:15 PM ET) -- A New York bankruptcy judge agreed Thursday to expedite the notice period required to clear the potential $2.4 million sale of bankrupt digital music startup Beyond Oblivion Inc. to Nassau Music LLC, saying he'd hear a motion on the bid Monday.
