Grant & Eisenhofer Denies Control Over $464M Fee Award

Law360, New York (March 09, 2012, 6:12 PM ET) -- Grant & Eisenhofer PA on Wednesday fought back against a partial summary judgment bid in a putative class action claiming its fee award from Tyco International Ltd.'s $3.2 billion securities settlement robbed clients, arguing it had no control over that award.
