Travelers Calls Welding Products Co.'s Suit Premature

Law360, New York (March 09, 2012, 4:43 PM ET) -- Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. and a fellow umbrella insurer sought Thursday to end The Lincoln Electric Co.'s lawsuit in Ohio federal court demanding coverage of injury claims stemming from Lincoln's welding products, arguing their policies hadn't kicked in.
